A well-established
rat monoclonal (XT3.11)raised against recombinant mouse TNF-alpha. The use of this rat
monoclonal solves the problem of identifying TNF by IHC on mouse tissues. This
rat monoclonal is detected using anti-rat IgG secondary and thus avoids the
problem of using an anti-mouse IgG secondary on mouse tissue.
