This monoclonal antibody is the reagent of choice to determine the expression of HuD (ELAVL4 ) by IHC or western blotting. This it is an excellent neuronal marker. It is known to react
with human, mouse, rat, and zebrafish HuD. It was generated against a unique peptide found in
HuD and does not bind to HuC, HeLN-1 or HuR.
