HuD is a neuronal specific RNA binding protein that regulates postranscriptional gene expression.
CG002 Anti-HuD mab (16C12)
This mab is excellent for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and RNA supershift assays. It is the reagent of choice to determine the expression of HuD in archival paraffin embedded human tumor sections. It is known to react with human , mouse, rat, and zebrafish HuD. It was generated against a unique peptide found in HuD and does not bind to HuC, HelN-1, or HuR.
CG005 Anti-Hu mab (16A11 )
Mab 16A11 is excellent for the detection of Elav proteins HuD, Hel-N1 and HuC by western blot and immunohistochemistry. It has been extensively used to identify neuronal precursor cells. It is known to react with human , mouse, rat, and zebrafish Elav proteins. It is an IgG2b and was generated against a peptide found in HuD, HuC and Hel-N1 but not in HuR .
